Coaching Method
My integrated practice is rooted in improvisation, storytelling, and embodiment so that communicators can align content and charisma to more effectively land their ideas and impact. My coaching approach (playful humor with straightforward professionalism) enables individuals to feel comfortable taking creative risks, crafting their stories, and communicating themselves and their work authentically. My interactive and collaborative coaching style encourages individuals and groups to let go of their inner critic in order to listen deeply, get curious, and actually feel good in their process and practice of showing up.
My coaching method is comprised of three integrated practices:
1 - Improvisation
Expression comes from you, not a script.
