I believe that whatever challenges you are facing, we can tackle them together.

For over 10 years, I have coached individuals and teams to insight and transformation. They have emerged better able to identify and share what lights them up with collaborators, customers & clients to great success - personal and professional.

Let’s collaborate and get that light of yours shining brighter.

About Me

I combine decades of experience as a seasoned actor, business development leader, and improv facilitator to deliver improvisation-based communication & collaboration trainings to groups and coaching to leaders around the globe.

I have coached speakers, facilitated speaker training, or was a speaker for organizations and events such as TED, Google I/O, Women Techmakers, Cisco GSX, Lesbians Who Tech, Write/Speak/Code, Girl Develop It, Grace Hopper Celebration, Adobe Summit, and many more.

Over my career, my area of expertise has been coaching leaders to free their voice, tell their story, and transform their impact.

I have also trained, performed, and produced my own original performance work at top theaters and comedy centers including Upright Citizens Brigade, iO West, The Groundlings, American Conservatory Theater, We Players, and BATS Improv. I’m a proud graduate of Stanford University.

I’d love to share with you how my method can transform the ways in which we show up - for others and for ourselves.
